Doppler Systems Releases Updated Android based RDF User Interface

Published by admin on

The Doppler RDF User Interface app gives field teams a faster, simpler way to locate RF transmission sources. Designed for homing operations, the app connects to a compatible Doppler Systems radio direction finder and displays the bearing to the signal source relative to the vehicle or user position, helping operators move quickly toward the transmitter. This homing workflow is ideal for tracking interference or other RF sources in real time.
RDF User Interface is available on Google Play.   It connects over TCP/IP, can automatically discover supported direction finders on a LAN, displays the line of bearing to the source, and lets users adjust receiver frequency, squelch, and calibration settings. This makes it useful for interference hunting, beacon tracking, and transmitter recovery in mobile environments.
For teams that need portable, real-time RF source tracking, the RDF User Interface app offers an efficient way to bring radio direction finding into the field without the complexity of a full geolocation platform.
